Something wrong with your item(s)? Received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item(s)?, Don't worry, we’ve got you. Our goal is to ensure that you are happy with your entire shopping experience. Please refer to our return and exchange policy below:
We accept exchanges or store credit within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
**For exchanged packages, we will notify customers via e-mail once we have received the returned packages and directly arrange either an exchange of item(s) or Store Credit to our customers. Customers can reply to us via email to know the reshipment Date.
Contact us before you return the incorrect, defective or damaged package to get the shipping address or other details. We can only issue an exchange when we get the old package back. We will notify you by e-mail at that time.
NOTE:
Due to sanitary reasons, some items (e.g., bodysuits, undergarments) are final sale and cannot be returned. Items marked as “Final Sale” and promotional items are not eligible for return or exchange.
Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer.
Damaged/Defective/Incorrect Items
hould you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact our Customer Care team via the Contact Form. Once we receive your request, we will be in contact with you to address and resolve the issue.
Returned-to-Sender & Refused Packages
Packages may be returned to us if:

The shipping address is invalid or missing information

The carrier is unable to complete the delivery

The package is refused at the time of delivery
Please note that we are unable to modify orders once they have been placed in our system. To help ensure successful delivery, please double-check that your shipping address is complete and accurate. This includes proper abbreviations, street and apartment numbers, building names, and route details where applicable.
